Photorealistic grumpy cat looking out a window during a rainy day

Considering the title, is this supposed to be from the perspective of a dog looking out through a window? Otherwise it looks like a cat looking inside through a window on a rainy morning/day.

I would consider this "photorealistic" if it were a rendering of a photograph of a physical piece of art. Or, actually "photorealistic" if we existed in a cartoonish type of environment.
