Claim Tokens
The Artificial Design platform allows you to claim artwork for commercial use by consuming Claim Tokens. You may not use the artwork for commercial purpose, without first acquiring the usage rights through this process.

How to Claim Commercial Use AccessUnderstanding of the above, and by request only Artificial Design may grant you the exclusive rights to reproduce and display such Generations and in such instances will not resell Generations that you have created, or assert any copyright in such Generations against you or your end users, all provided that you comply with these terms and our Content Policy.
If you violate our terms or Content Policy, you will lose rights to use Generations, however we will provide you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix your violation, with exceptions to instances in which it was clearly illegal or abusive.

Content Ownership
To the extent allowed by law and as between you and Artificial Design, and you agree that Artificial Design owns all Generations (including Generations with user-provided image inputs, but not the image inputs uploaded by the user), and you hereby make any necessary assignments for this.
You understand and acknowledge that similar or identical Generations may be created by other people using their own Prompts, and any commercial rights are applicable only to artwork claimed by your account. Note that generating an artwork is not considered claiming an art piece. Claiming an art piece is a separate action which takes place by consuming Claim Tokens.
